Ok, I guess there are people interrested in what kind of equipment you use. So here goes, for all you techinque-nerds(not completly unlike myself) out there! =) I have a Warwick Covette FNA five string bass that I use all the time. The other two electric basses I use are the Fender American Jazz V(five string) and the Fender American Precision(four string). I also just accuired a Landscape upright electric bass wich I've started to use a little live. I amplify myself live with a Crest VS 900 Stereo amplifier and EBS-1 preamp into a EBS Proline 2000 4x12 Speaker Cabinet. Kinda big, but it sounds great! I am doing some Jazz-gigs right now, where I have the priveledge of trying out a brand-new Combo amplifier from the good people at EBS, the EBS Classic line Drome. On smaller gigs,most studio situations and jobs in quiet orchestras, I line directly out of the EBS MicroBassII preamp which sounds remarkably great. I also use some pedals from EBS, who I honestly endorse. I use the Octabass, BassIQ and MultiComp pedals and just accuired the Valvedrive tube preamp/overdrive pedal and I'm totally in love with it! For tuning, I use the Korg DTR-2 tuner and the Boss TU-2 floor tuner.
